ACBuy Order Notebook is published from Rotterdam, Netherlands. This page explains what we collect and what we do not.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly: your email address and message when you write to editorial@ac-buyspreadsheet.net, and any attachment you choose to send. We collect aggregate page analytics — pages viewed, referring source, approximate country and device type — to understand which explainers are useful. We do not run advertising profiles on individual readers.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your agent account credentials, order numbers, payment details or shipping addresses, and we do not store them. If you send a screenshot for a correction, crop or redact anything you would not want published; we keep the file only as long as the correction is open.
Cookies
Analytics and affiliate links may set cookies. Affiliate cookies are set by the destination site, not by us, and are governed by that site's policy. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to our articles.
Sharing
We do not sell reader data. Analytics data is seen by the editorial desk and our analytics provider only. Correction correspondence stays with the editors handling it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal data we hold about you, request a copy, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Write to editorial@ac-buyspreadsheet.net and we respond within thirty days. If you are unsatisfied you may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Retention
Reader emails are kept for two years, then deleted. Correction files are deleted once the correction is closed and dated on the page.
